We are seeking a high-caliber PI Operations Lead to oversee the lifecycle of personal injury cases from intake to resolution. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will act as the strategic engine of our firm, ensuring that legal processes move efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client care. This role is ideal for a licensed attorney with a deep understanding of Personal Injury workflows, medical-legal coordination, and settlement negotiations. Key Responsibilities
- Case Strategy & Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of legal cases from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and files are correctly archived.
- Medical-Legal Liaison: Work closely with medical providers to coordinate appointments and obtain vital reports necessary for the case.
- Medical Record Analysis: Analyze and review medical records to identify details critical to the case, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
- Settlement & Documentation: Draft and review settlement documents and other essential legal paperwork required for case resolution.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide continuous follow-up to keep clients informed, providing high-quality service and building relationships of trust. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho) or related.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal case management.
- Languages: Advanced English (100%) is indispensable for this role.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with legal terminology and a strong background in customer service.
