Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceDevelop and evaluate engineering plans and technical criteria across electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplinesAssess feasibility and reliability of proposed tests, products, and equipmentLead and support engineering evaluations when data is limited or validation is requiredContribute to the development of design plans and engineering proposalsParticipate in feasibility studies and definition of technical objectivesDrive solutions to complex applied engineering problemsCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teamsSupport the development and improvement of components, materials, and processesEnsure alignment of projects with operational and business goalsWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related fieldSolid experience in multidisciplinary engineering environmentsProven experience in feasibility analysis, testing, and engineering validationStrong problem-solving skills in applied engineering contextsExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to develop technical proposals and design plansKnowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and product developmentStrong communication skills in technical environmentsTechnical EnglishHow Would You Stand Out?
