Serve as a liaison between the Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, and Factory departments. Responsible for maintaining the backlog of customer orders.Workplace PolicyHybridWhat To Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction while applying corrective actions when necessary.
- Process and manage customer orders in the applicable systems, including payment verification and order release follow-up.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
- Analyze forecasts, KPIs, inventory levels, and customer demand fluctuations to prevent supply chain disruptions and avoid line stoppages.
- Conduct negotiations and coordinate pricing updates, system corrections, and special credits while monitoring negative profit margins.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports, including backlog, chip reload, and payment order reports, as required by customers or management.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Extroverted personality.
- Ability to interpret forecasts and KPIs.
