Position Objective: Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, contributing to the effective management of internal processes, information control, activity follow-up, and maintenance of employee documentation, ensuring organization, compliance, and efficiency within the area. Requirements:
- Active student
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least in the 5th semester (with a minimum of 1.5 years remaining before graduation)
- Availability to work morning hours
- Advanced conversational English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, administrative, and attention-to-detail skills Responsibilities:
- Support the administrative management of employee records and files
- Maintain updated Human Resources databases
- Assist in the preparation and updating of HR reports and metrics
- Follow up on internal HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, and document control)
- Support incident management, attendance tracking, and administrative records
- Collaborate in organizing internal activities (communications, events, employee engagement)
- Assist in preparing documents, formats, and administrative reports
- Provide support during internal audits and information control processes
