Dealer Sales and Support Representative (Tijuana)

**Hersol Telecom is a company dedicated to the Telecomunications business, to learn more about us please visit**: Descripción del puesto As a Customer Service Representative at Hersol Telecom, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our customers. Your daily task will include resolving queries, handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full time position and is Hybrid, meaning that work is performed in our offices located in Tijuana, BCN, but working from home is also accepted.

**Requerements**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Experience in customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Additional skills such as patience, problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude will be highly valued.
