**WE ARE LOOKING FOR NEW FACES!** **CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS** We are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Logistics to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. **Skills and Requirements**
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- both written and spoken.
- Communicate with internal and external groups, especially on high priority loads and customers.
- Proactively provide tracking updates to customers and warehouses.
- Prioritize tracking and appointment setting based on time constraints and customer priority.
- Provide logistics and asset side with all information needed to properly execute logistic plans as determined by the customer to ensure proper customer service is provided.
- Maintain and further develop customer and warehouse relationships through daily communication.
- Document all special service requirements of customers and warehouses.
- Manage all unplanned accessorial charge issues related to the customer and related warehouses.
- Provide logistics and asset side with all information needed to properly execute logistic plans as determined by the customer to ensure proper customer service is provided.
- Maintain and further develop customer and warehouse relationships through daily communication.
- Document all special service requirements of customers and warehouses.
- Manage all unplanned accessorial charge issues related to the customer and related warehouses. **Experience**:
- Ability to work well under stress and communicate professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a deadline driven environment.
- Ability to work in stressful situations.
- Ability to multitask required.

- Full-time
- 5-day work weeks with 2 consecutive days off
