In your new role you will: Responsibility are as follows:
- **Manages a diverse project team with members across different functions (Productivity projects)**:
- **Fulfill the pipeline according with the cluster guidance for the goal**:
- Stablish the target and stretch target according with the integral guidance
- Comply to Material Efficiency (ME) governance
- Understand Material Losses (OME) during actual production
- Understand and execute setup for ME KPI
- Calculate Material Plan Usage Factor and set the goal
- Analyze performance and gap analysis for Material Efficiency
- Implementation of Material Efficiency improvement projects.Responsible of the PBOM validation (oneSAP) You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- **Graduated of Bachelor of Engineering, IE preferable**:
- **Minimum 3 years in Industrial Engineering or Operational Excellence areas**:
- **Experience in project management**:
- Computer literate such as Microsoft Office ( excel, word, power point,project and AutoCad)
- Experienced in identification and implementation of process improvement
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
