Your daily task will include resolving queries, handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full time position and is Hybrid, meaning that work is performed in our offices located in Tijuana, BCN, but working from home is also accepted. **Requerements**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Experience in customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Additional skills such as patience, problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude will be highly valued.
