- 8am to 5pm PT Year Round; No exceptions) Distributed is a Silicon Valley-based Managed Outsourcing Firm looking for a high-accountability, growth-minded B2B Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist (advanced English required) to become the operational front-line for a fast-growing, California-based commercial door service and installation provider. If you are a tech-savvy professional who catches the details others miss, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a sharp business mindset—knowing that every customer support interaction is an opportunity to protect revenue and spot new sales opportunities—this role is for you. What You’ll Own You will bridge the gap between customer service excellence and proactive sales support, ensuring client workflows are executed perfectly and revenue opportunities are maximized.
- B2B Client Support & Work Orders: Serve as the primary, high-professional point of contact for corporate clients, managing complex service requests, work orders, and vendor platforms.
- Proactive Sales Support & Upselling: Analyze inbound customer service requests within minutes to spot expansion opportunities, confidently offering premium service upgrades, maintenance plans, or auxiliary parts where appropriate.
- Data & System Integrity: Ensure all customer data, project scopes, and pricing variables are entered with absolute accuracy across CRM and commercial ticketing systems.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the vital link between U.S.-based project managers, field technicians, and clients to ensure flawless service delivery and quick turnaround times.
- Follow-Up & Retention: Own the post-service loop—following up on open quotes, checking in on completed jobs, and resolving client issues before they become friction points.
- Maintain Fast Responsiveness: Deliver swift, clear, and context-aware communication via email, phone, and internal messaging tools. What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B customer support, account management, or sales operations (U.S. company experience required).
- Flawless Verbal & Written English: Ability to communicate with professional poise, clarity, and a natural business tone with U.S. corporate clients.
- Tech-Savvy & System-Fluent: Comfortable jumping between multiple digital platforms, CRMs, and vendor dispatch portals without breaking a sweat.
- Commercial Sharpness: A natural "hunter" mindset hidden inside a support professional—you instinctively know how to position an upsell and when to seize a business opportunity.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: You read the fine print on work orders and catch errors or missing data points before they reach the field teams.
- High-Accountability Remote Presence: Dedicated, distraction-free home office setup with immediate responsiveness during California business hours (8 AM – 5 PM PST). Adecuado Background Candidates from Western Mexico with specific experience supporting U.S.-based commercial service providers, construction companies, logistics firms, or industrial SMBs will immediately stand out. - $1,200 USD – $2,000 USD Monthly
