Sales Support Coordinator Full-Time Remote | U.S. Business Hours

About the Role Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to support Account Managers and the Marketing team with day-to-day sales operations, CRM management, contract tracking, and social outreach. This role plays a critical part in keeping sales processes clean, follow-ups timely, and outreach consistent — allowing the sales team to focus on closing deals and building strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with both Sales and Marketing teams to ensure leads are properly tracked, pipelines stay organized, and opportunities never slip through the cracks.

What You’ll Own Sales Support & Operational Coordination Support Account Managers with: follow-ups, reminders, and sales coordination Track and organize contracts and sales-related documentation Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and deal tracking Ensure sales workflows remain organized and efficient Help keep day-to-day sales operations running smoothly

CRM Management (HubSpot) Update and maintain: leads, contacts, deals, notes, and pipeline records in HubSpot Identify and clean duplicate, incomplete, or outdated CRM records Ensure CRM data remains accurate, organized, and reliable Support reporting accuracy through strong CRM hygiene practices

Social Outreach & Lead Generation Execute professional outreach across: LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms Support marketing-led social selling initiatives Engage with prospects and route qualified opportunities to the sales team Maintain consistent outreach activity and follow-through Help generate engagement and inbound pipeline opportunities

Communication & Collaboration Send follow-up emails and messages to prospects as needed Support inbound lead coordination and handoff processes Collaborate closely with: Sales, Marketing, and Account Managers Ensure tasks, outreach, and follow-ups stay aligned across teams

✅ Required Experience & Skills 1–2 years of experience in: sales support, operations, administrative coordination, or similar roles Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform Familiarity with: sales follow-ups, lead tracking, and contract coordination Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach Strong written English communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistency

⭐ Idóneo Experience Experience supporting Account Managers or sales teams Exposure to: social selling, outbound outreach, or lead generation Background in: B2B services, SaaS, agencies, or professional services Strong follow-through and process discipline
