- Maintain and update production schedules using established project management tools (Wrike, Excel, etc.).
- Support franchise and corporate marketing campaigns by tracking deliverables, managing revisions, and assisting with asset distribution.
- Manage content updates within Confie Hub, including scheduling announcements, uploading creative assets, and ensuring accuracy.
- Partner with internal teams to gather information, clarify requirements, and facilitate approvals.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up to keep campaigns on track.
- Assist with preparation of campaign reports, project tracking, and budget documentation as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing initiatives and community events, including vendor communication and material ordering.
- Provide administrative support related to campaign execution, vendor requests, invoices, shipping coordination, and tracking campaign numbers.
