About The Role Patient Pipeline is a healthcare marketing agency specializing in ophthalmology (LASIK & cataract surgery). We work with some of the most respected eye surgery practices in the country — and we hold ourselves to a high standard. We're growing fast, and we need a Project Manager who keeps everything running at a level that matches our clients' expectations. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who has already done the job — who can own a client portfolio, manage timelines without being chased, and communicate with precision. You'll work directly with our Director of Client Services and serve as the operational backbone of the client delivery team. What You'll Own Day-to-day project management across a portfolio of ophthalmology marketing clients Timelines, task ownership, and delivery — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch Client communication: status updates, meeting prep, follow-ups, and deliverable tracking Internal coordination across content, ads, and design — you're the hub that keeps it all moving Identifying bottlenecks before they become problems and flagging them fast Process documentation and workflow improvements as we scale What We're Looking For 3 years of project management experience inside a marketing agency (non-negotiable) Track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball Exceptional written and spoken English — your communication is clear, professional, and proactive Fluent with PM tools (Click Up, Monday, or equivalent) Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls without hand-holding Available during US business hours (CST / EST preferred, others acceptable) Healthcare or medical industry experience is a plus, not a requirement What This is Not A role where you wait to be told what to do A stepping stone for someone trying to break into project management A position with loose expectations or undefined ownership Compensation $30,000 – $36,000 USD / year, based on experience Remote-first.
