The Mission Financial Integrity Lead the department to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and US GAAP compliance. Handson Leadership Manage monthly operations while architecting the processes needed to support our international reach. Strategic Integration Ensure seamless financial reporting and collaboration with our international corporate teams. Location Based in Tijuana, B.C. Onsite. Key Responsibilities Financial Stewardship Supervise and guarantee the preparation of financial statements under US GAAP, ensuring full accuracy and integrity during monthend and yearend closes. Corporate Integration Act as the primary link between Mexicobased accounting operations and U.S. Headquarters, managing reporting packages and financial consolidation. Compliance Policy Develop and enforce internal controls and accounting policies to mitigate risk and ensure global compliance. Strategic Financial Oversight Manage cash flow, budgeting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights for corporate stakeholders. Audit Tax Liaison Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure all local and international obligations are met. Requirements Education Bachelors degree in Accounting. A CPA license or specialized Masters degree is a significant advantage. Technical Expertise Advanced and current knowledge of US GAAP Nonnegotiable. Experience 8 years in corporate accounting or financial management, preferably in international serviceoriented companies or Big Four firms. Languages 100 Bilingual English Spanish. Must be able to conduct business meetings and write technical reports in English. CrossBorder Mobility Must possess a valid SENTRI or Integral Entry card for regular travel to our U.S. offices. Systems Strong experience with Cloudbased ERPs NetSuite, Sage, Intacct and advanced Excel modeling. Compensation Starting Monthly Salary 110,000 MXN Gross.
