Job SummaryThe Customer Care Associate II is responsible for answering high volume inbound calls and providing effective quality customer service regarding property insurance. Support borrowers and contractors by providing detailed information on their insurance, de‐escalate calls and process complaints and handle insurance disbursements.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.Handles inbound telephone calls from borrowers, agents, carriers on their property insurance in order to resolve customer inquiries.Updates records and note system as required.Meets and maintains availability standards, schedule adherence and attendance guidelines.Assists answering questions in the help desk.Cross‐trains to assist with borrower follow‐ups.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job does not have supervisory duties.Preferred QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent experience.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None.Functional Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
