The role is centred on partner-led marketing, working closely with institutionsand ecosystem partners, managing marketing and PR agencies, and driving socialmedia and event-based activations to support platform growth.This is a hands-on role fora marketing professional who brings strong execution discipline, partnercoordination experience, and comfort operating across multiple channels andstakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Partner Marketing ExecutionExecute GTM initiativesthrough institutional and ecosystem partners including universities,training centers, associations, and government programsAct as the owner and expertfor through-partner marketing, enabling partners with playbooks, assets,and localized campaignsManage partner timelines,commitments, follow-ups, and execution quality across programsSocial Media & EventsPlan and executeprogram-led social media initiatives aligned to GTM priorities in Indiaalong with the Digital Marketing teamDrive event-based marketingincluding webinars, orientation sessions, workshops, roadshows, andecosystem events in collaboration with partners and field teamsTrack performance of socialand event channels and optimize based on outcomesPlatform Growth &OperationsSupport; user onboarding,activation, and engagement journeys through partner channels and CRM-ledcommunication (email, Whats App, in-platform)Collaborate with product,growth, and triage teams to track conversions and funnel movementMaintain structuredtrackers and prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports covering campaigns,partners, agencies, social, events, and PR performanceCoordinate development oflocalized marketing assets including partner kits, decks, brochures,landing pages, social creatives, and event collateral.Ensure brand consistencyacross partner, agency, and media-facing communicationSkills& Experience3-6 years of experience inmarketing, program management, or GTM execution rolesBackground in Ed Tech,skilling, or entrepreneurship ecosystems is a strong advantageStrong project managementand stakeholder coordination skillsComfortable with CRMworkflows, UTMs, dashboards, and performance reporting Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5uhdsv
