We?re Hiring! Payment Specialist Location: Urban Center, Jalisco Do you have experience in payment operations, treasury, or accounts payable? Join our team and be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment! Responsibilities:
- Process payments (checks, ACH, wires, virtual cards) ensuring accuracy against approved invoices
- Schedule payments based on due dates, payment terms, and discount opportunities
- Prepare, review, and execute batch payments
- Upload payment files, track transactions, and support bank reconciliations
- Respond to vendor inquiries and provide remittance details
- Ensure compliance with policies and prevent duplicate payments
- Investigate and resolve failed, duplicate, or incorrect payments
- Maintain payment records, confirmations, and audit documentation
- Coordinate with Treasury to manage cash flow and payment timing Required Skills & Abilities:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2?3 years of experience in Payment Operations, Treasury, or Accounts Payable
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Bilingual: English & Spanish TIPO DE CONTRATO: Contrato por tiempo indeterminado
