We're looking for a detail-oriented, digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives in the Mexico market.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across digital channels, managing websites, and creating localized content that drives impact.You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, culturally relevant, and effectively support business growth.What You'll DoExecute marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social media channelsManage and update website content, including product pages and landing pagesSupport website development and maintenance using CMS platformsTranslate and localize marketing content (English ? Spanish) for the Mexico marketAdapt general marketing materials for local audiencesCreate and format marketing assets using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative SuiteCoordinate email campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and basic reportingTrack and report on campaign performance and engagement metricsSupport trade shows and events, including logistics and materials preparationCollaborate with sales and regional teams to support lead generation effortsCoordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely executionWhat You Bring~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field~2–4 years of experience in a marketing or digital coordination role~ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)~ Experience with website management and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)~ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills~ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines~ Excellent communication and collaboration skillsTechnical SkillsMicrosoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS (preferred)Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)Social media platforms and scheduling toolsCanva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)Google Analytics or similar toolsNice to HaveExperience in B2B marketingBackground in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industriesExperience working in Mexico or Latin America marketsExposure to ecommerce or performance marketingWhy This Role?
