Marketing Representative - Urgently Hiring (Jalisco)

We're looking for a detail-oriented, digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives in the Mexico market.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across digital channels, managing websites, and creating localized content that drives impact.You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned, culturally relevant, and effectively support business growth.What You'll Do Execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, and social media channels Manage and update website content, including product pages and landing pages Support website development and maintenance using CMS platforms Translate and localize marketing content (English Spanish) for the Mexico market Adapt general marketing materials for local audiences Create and format marketing assets using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Coordinate email campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and basic reporting Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics Support trade shows and events, including logistics and materials preparation Collaborate with sales and regional teams to support lead generation efforts Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely execution What You Bring~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field~2–4 years of experience in a marketing or digital coordination role~ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)~ Experience with website management and CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press)~ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills~ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines~ Excellent communication and collaboration skills Technical Skills Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS (preferred)Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot)Social media platforms and scheduling tools Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator)CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)Google Analytics or similar tools Nice to Have Experience in B2 B marketing Background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries Experience working in Mexico or Latin America markets Exposure to ecommerce or performance marketing Why This Role?
