This role is adecuado for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to various marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with senior team members to assist in implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects across multiple channels.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and online content.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.Assist in managing and updating company website content, ensuring it remains fresh, relevant and optimized for search engines.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including sales, HR, and operations to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.Previous experience or internship in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required.Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic marketing environment.We offerSalary: 16,****** MXN per month.Full legal benefits (vacations, prima vacations, Aguinaldo, IMSS).
