Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a junior accountant.
• Soft skills: good communication, problem‐solving, strong work ethic, teamwork, accountability, customer‐service orientation, resilience and adaptability.
• Technical skills: financial statement literacy (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow) at intermediate level, knowledge of finance processes, intermediate MS Office (PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with SAP, advanced Excel, advanced numerical skills. Responsibilities Accurate and timely completion of the month‐end close including accruals and reporting aligned with company accounting policy, GAAP, and SOX regulations; maintain accruals and forecasts in core financial systems (SAP and OneStream). Provide financial analysis to support business goals for net sales, EBIT and cash flow, including margin analysis, COGS analysis, marketing and SG&A; ROI. Deliver timely financial information and analysis to Commercial and Operations teams on financial statements, cost and profit centers, and sales performance for both brand and channel; ensure material variances are reviewed and signed off by the appropriate leader and the Senior Finance Manager. Build constructive and mutually beneficial working relationships with members of the Commercial Team (Sales & Marketing), Operations Team (Manufacturing & Supply Chain), Integral Business Services (GBS), International Commercial Finance Team and other internal stakeholders (P&C;, IT, Legal). Support the Finance Senior Manager in evaluating financial processes to recommend improvement opportunities, best practices, and help improve accuracy and efficiency. Maintain reconciliations of key GL accounts to ensure financial statement accuracy. Location Tequila Office (Guadalajara). Additional locations may be considered.
