**Quality IT Systems & Digital Transf Mgr.**

**Major Tasks**: Key outcomes of this role:

- Program: Oversee the Factory of the Future Program and ensure outcomes are delivered through the CH manufacturing Factory of the Future Roadmaps to Top Decile by 2030, leveraging advanced technologies and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Innovation and Technology Integration: implementation and integration of cutting-edge technologies such as IoT, Ai robotics and automation to enhance production capabilities, sustainability commitments, data driven decision making, and drive innovation.
- Workforce Development: equipping the workforce with the necessary skills and training to adapt to new technologies and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Customization and Agility: enabling flexible manufacturing systems that can quickly adapt to changing customer demands and market trends, allowing for mass customization.
- Collaboration and Partnership: building strong collaborations with technology providers, research institutions, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and share best practices.
- General standardization and Scalability: establish standards that can be scaled to accelerate transformation and impact.
- Data Governance: design and implement all key components such as data ownership & accountability, data quality management, standards, security, etc.
- Integrated Manufacturing Operations: Lean foundations, HSE& Sustainability, Nextgen PSS, Lab of the Future, Warehouse of the Future, E2E Supply Chain, etc.... comprehensive site operation.

**Skills.**
- The incumbent should have a University degree in the life sciences, IT, engineering or pharmacy with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical quality control, quality assurance/management or equivalent combination of education / experience.
- Operative experience in quality control, quality assurance.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers Excellent communicative skills are mandatory for international interaction.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Business-minded with a strong consumer and customer focus.
- Business acumen: A deep understanding of the local market's business dynamics, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, to effectively align production network and supply chain strategies with business objectives. Adaptable and versatile to learn about new markets and businesses to provide value and service needed for them.
- Strong analytical and financial capabilities: Data-driven mindset for analysis of different financial models or business cases. Strong analytical skills and capability to think in different scenarios.
- Innovation spirit, creativity: Ability to innovate in processes, technologies, products and business set-ups. Digital savvy and strong out-of-the-box thinker.
- Integrated production know-how: Good understanding of operations manufacturing systems incl Production, SCM,Quality, Warehouse, DCs.
- Acts with customers in mind: Get’s firsthand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services.
