Fp&a Finance Systems Administrator and Analyst (Toluca de Lerdo)

Main Areas of Responsibility
- Perform all necessary month‑end close and database maintenance activities for the Volume Repository, including user support and issue resolution.
- Stewardship over all aspects of Volume Repository security: role provisioning, additions/deletions, reviewing security groups, and performing security audits.
- Work independently with high initiative, adjusting workloads to prioritize competing business priorities, and finish assignments without undue supervision.
- Root cause and perform ad‑hoc workarounds with little to no preparation to support requests and queries from volume business partners.
- Recognize patterns to anticipate and proactively avoid recurring symptoms from occurring further.
- Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline processes and procedures, reducing close times.
- Partner with business teams to understand and develop requirements for volume database enhancements; develop, design, and collaborate with IT to implement system solutions based on requirements.
- Lead all Volume Repository Parallel Testing with business partners: identify key users, lead efforts to complete testing, develop schedules, establish kick‑off meetings, create test cases, maintain general office hours for support, and lead status updates with business partners.
