Como parte del equipo de Credit and Collections, serás responsable de administrar y dar seguimiento a un portafolio de clientes de Norteamérica, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros de la compañía y colaborando de cerca con equipos internos como Sales y Customer Service. Tendrás un rol clave en la resolución de disputas, negociación con clientes y liberación de órdenes, dentro de un ambiente dinámico, retador y con oportunidades de crecimiento cualificado. - Administrar y dar seguimiento a un portafolio de clientes de Norteamérica.
- Dar soporte y seguimiento a procesos de cobranza y recuperación de facturas vencidas.
- Colaborar con equipos de Sales y Customer Service para resolver disputas y asegurar una excelente experiencia al cliente.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua dentro del área de Credit & Collections.
- Analizar, actualizar y dar mantenimiento a cuentas de clientes, incluyendo revisión de información financiera y comercial.
- Gestionar solicitudes relacionadas con límites de crédito, liberación de órdenes y notas de crédito.
- Negociar planes de pago y acuerdos con clientes cuando sea necesario.
- Mantener comunicación constante con clientes internos y externos mediante llamadas y correos en inglés. ¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito?
- Inglés avanzado conversacional y escrito (no negociable)
- Experiencia utilizando Excel a nivel intermedio.
- Habilidad para negociar y resolver conflictos con clientes y stakeholders internos.
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Organización y administración efectiva del tiempo.
- Capacidad para trabajar en ambientes dinámicos y con alta carga de trabajo.
- Atención al detalle y seguimiento de procesos.
- Conocimiento en SAP es un plus.
- Actitud proactiva, compromiso y enfoque en resultados.
