Main Areas of ResponsibilityPerform all necessary month‑end close and database maintenance activities for the Volume Repository, including user support and issue resolution.Stewardship over all aspects of Volume Repository security: role provisioning, additions/deletions, reviewing security groups, and performing security audits.Work independently with high initiative, adjusting workloads to prioritize competing business priorities, and finish assignments without undue supervision.Root cause and perform ad‑hoc workarounds with little to no preparation to support requests and queries from volume business partners.Recognize patterns to anticipate and proactively avoid recurring symptoms from occurring further.Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline processes and procedures, reducing close times.Partner with business teams to understand and develop requirements for volume database enhancements; develop, design, and collaborate with IT to implement system solutions based on requirements.Lead all Volume Repository Parallel Testing with business partners: identify key users, lead efforts to complete testing, develop schedules, establish kick‑off meetings, create test cases, maintain general office hours for support, and lead status updates with business partners.Additional SkillsProject Management.Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision.Ability to relate projects with business objectives and results, integrating with business purpose.Proactively collect sufficient information to resolve issues and move project tasks forward.Analyze problems from more than one point of view and provide alternatives to complex problems.Ability to collaborate with IT, FP&A;, Accounting, and Program Management functions.Work productively in the face of ambiguity or uncertainty, ensuring lessons learned are applied to future situations to promote continuous improvement.Desired QualificationsBachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems.Five or more years of relevant work experience in Accounting or FP&A.Ability; to analyze financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statements.Experience performing forecasting, long‑term planning, and budgeting.Knowledge of US GAAP and ability to verbalize how to develop a Balance Sheet, Income Statement, or Cash Flow Statement, or to T‑account a buy/sale transaction.Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial and quantitative information.Moderate or better Excel skills with preferred experience using the Hyperion Excel add‑in: Smart View.Strong English verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate key issues for action/decision ("the 30 second rule").Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, Financial Data Quality Management (FDM), or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).Ability to become self‑taught to read and interpret Hyperion code syntax such as VB Script, Business Rules, Calc Scripts, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5utgt5
