Job Description What is the Accelerate Development Program? The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.
- Focused on external local talent (Mexican professionals)

- 18 to 24 months in duration, with structured rotations across locations, departments, and roles

This program is the right fit for you if: You are passionate about corporate finance and eager to master industrial profitability. This role offers a 360 business perspective through 3 strategic pillars: 1. Department Controlling: You will directly support the financial management and reporting processes of the department, performing key activities of a Junior Controller. 2. Central Controlling: You will collaborate on standardizing reporting processes and provide support to various business areas, gaining a corporate-level perspective. 3. Logistics: You will gain a practical view of operations, understanding the impact of the supply chain on business costs and profitability. Qualifications Requirements: Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Financial Administration. Engineering degrees will be considered if you demonstrate a solid foundation or genuine interest in costs and finance. Language: Advanced English (professional speaking and writing proficiency). Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Theoretical or practical knowledge of SAP.
- Basic financial knowledge (understanding of financial statements).
- Experience with Power BI or creating dashboards is a highly valued plus. Soft Skills:
