Mesero y Bartender (Loma Bonita)

**Bartenders & Servers** **Location**:MUSA, Zihuatanejo, Mexico **Reports to**:F&B; Manager **Overview**: MUSA is hiring both **Bartenders** and **Servers** to join our hospitality team. These are two separate roles, each essential to creating the elevated, down-to-earth guest experience MUSA is known for. Whether behind the bar or on the floor, team members should bring warmth, professionalism, and a strong sense of place to every interaction. **Bartender Responsibilities**:
- Craft cocktails, pour wines, and serve beverages with consistency and care.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
- Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and stories behind our ingredients.
- Prepare garnishes and ingredients according to MUSA standards.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold safety guidelines. **Server Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests, take orders, and guide them through our food and drink offerings.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, accurate service.
- Set and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and ambiance of dining areas.
- Handle guest inquiries or feedback with professionalism.
- Process payments using POS system. **Qualifications for Both Roles**:
- Prior experience in hospitality or F&B; service preferred.
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
