Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Mérida, YUC. The primary responsibilities include providing outstanding customer support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The specialist will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality.
