Office & IT Manager (Valle de Bravo)

Responsible for the maintenance and overall condition of the office (including office furniture, fixtures and equipment), compliance with the terms and conditions of the office lease agreement, and the implementation of approved office administrative systems and procedures. Responsible for implementing the Company’s IT system, including the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware and software. Office Management Organize office operations, policies and procedures, ensuring safe, secure and comfortable use of the office premises towards the achievement of the Company’s business operations and goals. Comply with the terms and conditions of the office lease agreement; liaise with Lessor. Implement the Company’s health, safety, security and emergency protocols within the office premises. Ensure overall maintenance of office facilities and assets. Oversee administrative staff, such as Administrative Assistant, Utility/Messenger, Driver/Messenger. IT System Management Research, recommend and install/implement appropriate IT systems, platforms and networks that will enhance the IT technology of the Company, ensure data security, and improve the efficiency of the employees/users. Manage the Company’s domain name registration, email hosting, electronic back-up system, computer hardware, software applications, data security system, including regular upgrades. Maintain information systems by planning, monitoring, and coordinating with employees/users. Direct the work of systems and business analysts, developers, support specialists and other computer-related service providers. Plan, develop and implement relevant and up-to-date IT programs, in accordance with approved budget based on competitive prices from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
