Linux Administrator (Colima)

What will you do? Administer and support Linux systems, mainly RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). Handle production incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and carry out root cause analysis (RCA). Execute system changes, updates, and maintenance activities following ITIL processes.Use automation and scripting tools such as Ansible and Bash (Python is a plus). Manage and operate high‐availability clusters (e.G., Pacemaker, ServiceGuard, Veritas) – nice to have.Work with core infrastructure components: Networking (basic/intermediate level). Storage – strong expertise in LVM (Logical Volume Manager). NFS, CIFS.Basic virtualization concepts.System security fundamentals.Coordinate incidents and changes using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.Document your work clearly and maintain accurate technical records.Collaborate with customers and internal teams in a service‐oriented environment.Use monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system reliability.What are we looking for? FP or Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.Advanced level of English and Spanish.At least 5 years of experience in Linux Administration.Solid experience administering RHEL in enterprise environments.Strong troubleshooting and incident‐resolution skills.Experience with scripting and basic automation (Ansible/Bash). Strong knowledge of storage management, especially LVM.Understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (networking, storage, security). Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of issues.Good communication and documentation skills.Where and when?
