Operations Superintendent (Villahermosa)

Airswift is looking for an Operations Superintendent to work on a permanent contract in Villahermosa, Tabasco, with a drilling services company. Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate, design and elaborate the detailed program for the performance of knowledge bases with Reference Engineering requirements, changes and revisions, internal with Operations Management and service providers. Senior specialist in the design and construction of wells, unconventional wells, HP-HT and high complexity. Responsible for evaluating and analyzing the designs of the TRs, hydraulics, torque and drag, performance margin, interpreting data provided by the performance analyst. Actively participates in the evaluation and selection of suitable heads based on the characteristics of the water supply, operating conditions and types of fluids, ensuring their suitability for their management.
- Regarding the user bases for perforation, analyze in detail the previously elaborated bases and determine the final perforation tray, based on collision scenarios, programmed objectives, perforation parameters, severity, torque and drag. He will be responsible for alerting and presenting the solution for Re-engineering the Design of wells during drilling operations.
- Exhaustively evaluate the filling parameters, geological data, records and nodal analysis to define the type of well termination, considering the production apparatus, shots and formation damage.
- Analyzes well productivity designs, interpreting data such as productivity indices, drainage areas, fluid properties, damage factors and geometric and mechanical properties of proposed production devices, together with production stability maps.
- Provide absolute compliance with the communication protocol, as well as the processes established by QHSE.
- Understand and disseminate with Superintendents / Company Man and DOE the Management of Change (MoC) and Hazard Analysis & Risk Control (HARC) processes to guarantee their due compliance.
- Maintain direct communication with the Operations and Engineering Subdirectorate regarding the definition of performance and termination plans assigned with the service order.
- Coordinate with the DOE the elaboration of plans and drilling programs for Earth Pools.
- Works closely with the team of specialists from different areas in performance to help with daily planning and the safe execution of operations.
- Works with the Operations Subdirectorate to carry out information management and account rendering.
- Manage the resources required for the execution of Earth Performance plans and programs with designated providers.
- Apply and coordinate the use of metrics, KPIs and Operational Excellence standards established by OPEX and customers, safely achieving compliance and continued improvement.
- Maintain daily evaluation regarding the fulfillment of plans and performance programs for On‑Shore resources, as well as supervision of the elaboration and updating of operational procedures.
- Identify and implement new technologies approved by the General Directorate in the performance and termination processes. Job Qualifications
- Degree or Engineering related to the gas & oil industry (Petroleum Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering).
- Experience coordinating borehole drilling, termination and repair work.
- Expertise in: Well design, Earth well drilling and repair equipment, Barrens, Directional, Fishing tools, Cores, Geophysical records, Drilling, coating and production tubes, Drilling and finishing fluids, Cementaciones, Cabezales, Medium tree, Accessories for drilling and termination equipment, SSPA, Pemex Law, Public Work Acquisition Law and services related to it.
- Knowledge in design and construction of wells (demonstrables).

- Knowledge on the integrity of resources and regulatory frameworks (demonstrables).
- Knowledge in design, selection of coating tubes and production devices (demonstrables).
- Understanding diameters and laying of coating tubes (demonstrable).

- Knowledge in directional performance (demonstrable).
- Knowledge in selecting equipment and perforation tools.
- Knowledge in the selection of heads and surface control connections (demonstrable).
- Knowledge of training evaluation and evaluation tools.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, transport of clippings, emergence and smoothing (demonstrable).
- Knowledge in cementing oil wells (demonstrable).
- Knowledge of solids control equipment.
- Knowledge of sarta and fishing trapping operations.
- Expertise in repairing mayor, mansion and maintenance in good conditions.
