The opportunity We are hiring luxury real estate brokers and high-performance sales professionals who want to build a minimum of $100,000+ MXN per month income in the luxury segment. - Identify and directly contact luxury property owners
- Generate opportunities with qualified buyers and investors Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with high-value clients
- Deliver a premium, responsive client experience Deal Execution & Closing
- Manage the full transaction process (buy/sell/lease)
- Negotiate and close high-value deals Sales Strategy & Collaboration
- Work with the team to improve acquisition and closing strategies
- Execute field-driven commercial actions (not passive lead generation) Profile
- Strong sales experience (Luxury Hospitality preferred)
- Fluent English & Spanish (mandatory). A third language is a huge plus.
- Highly ambitious with a clear goal of earning $100K+ MXN/month
