Key Responsibilities: # Maintain, update, and enforce engineering procedures, work instructions, and quality standards across all production lines.
# Develop 2D/3D models, assembly structures, jigs/fixtures, and manufacturing drawings using CAD tools. Validate prototypes against design specifications.
# Lead process flow redesign, control plan development, and statistical process control (SPC) for new and existing product lines to reduce defects and improve yield.
# Monitor production schedules, process parameters, and output metrics; resolve bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery and quality targets.
# Mentor technicians, delegate tasks, and train cross-functional teams on new processes, equipment, and quality protocols.
# Partner with Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues and align process goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
# Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
#3–5 years in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or production support roles within electronics/electromechanical manufacturing (high-mix/high-volume environments preferred).
# Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CAD and SAP systems.
