Our Volex de México – Tijuana site has been a leading company in the region since September 1993, dedicated to the manufacturing, assembly, design, commercialization, import, and export of electronic circuits, electrical cables, PCBA components, electrical devices, computer-related products, and medical diagnostic equipment, among other applications.
As part of our growth strategy, the site is expanding its capabilities to manufacture harnesses, connectors, and PCBAs for the automotive industry, representing a significant opportunity for continued success for both the plant and all team members who are part of Volex.
The adecuado candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will serve as the first point of contact for customers, supporting order entry and follow-up activities.
The primary responsibility of this role is to load customer demand into the ERP system according to the method defined by the customer, ensuring accuracy of Part Number, pricing (no manual pricing allowed), MOQ, SPQ, revision level, Incoterms, and CRD.
Ability to understand and perform technical research to produce accurate customer quote for project scope.
Monitoring projects and overseeing quoting/purchasing, engineering and planning to ensure goals are met
Plan meetings for team effort to evaluate and recommend specific project strategies.
Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication with immediate Supervisor, development heads, co-workers, clients, affiliates, vendors and all other business contacts.
Bachelor's degree (B. 3 Years related experience and/or training in Manufacturing environment and client relations; Bilingual Spanish/ English Level: Proficient (90%) Must have experience with MS Office: Advanced in Excel
