Import Export Specialist (Camino Verde)

Job Description PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and monitoring of imports (Definitive, Temporary, Virtual, Inbound, Change of Regime and rectifications) and validation of applicable taxes.
- Elaboration and follow up of Exports (Definitive, Temporary, Virtual, Inbound, rectifications, sec. 321, FDA)
- Tracking of domestic and Inbound shipments and notification of import status.
- Inventory control, management and tracking of inbound and outbound materials in warehouse (USA) for imports.
- Fixed asset inventory control (both physical) and digital audits.
- Attention and support to the audits by the foreign trade bureau with focus on assets and documents.
- Analysis for BOMS allocation.
- Analysis of scrap for export and scrap with change of regime ("principal F4").

Provide support in following up on notifications of detained arrivals by the FDA. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Minimum Education: High School Degree
- Minimum Experience: 2 years in Import Export
- Annex 24
