About the Role: Manage and develop relationships with B2B clients by generating sales opportunities and efficiently closing deals, contributing to the company’s growth and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage and follow up on leads and potential clients through phone calls, emails, and digital tools. Identify sales opportunities and prepare commercial proposals. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information regarding clients, opportunities, and activities. Achieve and exceed the sales targets established by the company. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives. Provide support to clients throughout the sales process and resolve questions or issues. Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and results. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields). Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms). Advanced English proficiency (minimum 90% spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward sales targets. Proactive, organized, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
