In addition to KYA's sales and support for North America, Koh Young Research America was established in **** in San Diego, CA as a Research & Development hub for artificial intelligence and deep learning technologies. **Summary**Position Summary Reporting to the team manager of Human Resources, this position will be responsible for the HR Department specifically related to employee recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.The HR generalist needs to be a self-starter with HR background and at least 5 years' experience. **Responsibility**- Recruit, interview and select applicant- Responsible for the new hire process; sending, receiving and maintaining new hire documents- Assist management in determining appropriate staffing levels, recruitment resources, and objective selection techniques- Recruitment and temp agency vendor management- Support the new hire on-boarding process including orientation, entry into HRIS, and administering/tracking required training, assign background forms, initiate, and monitor new hire background checks- Manage and Maintain payroll & company provided benefit, report, information- HRIS maintenance and update employee roster- Serve as a liaison for employee by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems- HR documentation- Monitor employee working and attendance schedules- Manage administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately- Administer and handle all vendors with agencies for office management- Performs other duties as assigned**Skills and Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or relevant field required- At least 5+ years' experience working in HR background experience required- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously- Must have excellent work ethics, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures- Experience working with Korean based company a plus- Bilingual in Spanish and English required Postúlate en Kit Empleo: kitempleo.com.mx/empleo/5uqe41
