No prior professional experience is required, just strong fundamentals, analytical thinking, fluency in English and Spanish, and a passion for learning. Program Details Full time paid training (11-week program) leading to permanent placement with a Fortune 500 client MXN $6,500/month during training; MXN $16,500–$18,000/month upon permanent project placement Fully on-site role — daily in-person attendance required both during training and upon client placement Curriculum developed in partnership with our corporate clients to ensure focus on the most in-demand programming skills Upon training completion, associates are placed permanently with a Fortune 500 global technology and consulting firm with operations in 50+ countries and a significant presence in Mexico, actively seeking bilingual engineers for client-facing technology roles

Employee engagement team members assigned to support you throughout the program Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Graduated between December 2024 and May 2026 Fluent in English and Spanish — both conversational and technical communication required Currently resides within commuting distance of Zapopan, Jalisco — relocation candidates will not be considered Legally authorized to work in Mexico without the need for current or future sponsorship Strong interest in .NET, full-stack development, and test automation Strong problem-solving and communication skills
